In the middle of a Colorado winter, the last thing you want is a cold house with no heat. And when summer rolls around? A busted air conditioner isn’t just inconvenient. It can make your home feel downright unbearable.
When your HVAC system breaks down, you need a team you can trust. And one that shows up fast. That’s why homeowners and property managers across Western Colorado rely on Pacific Sheet Metal to restore their heating and cooling systems.
Nearly everything in your home requires some kind of regular maintenance to continue running.
It’s impossible to prevent something from failing eventually, but you can certainly extend its life by getting it serviced periodically to help it run as long as possible. Your heating, cooling, gutter, and roofing systems are no exceptions. During regular maintenance, existing or potential problems will be identified and addressed.
Your cooling system should be inspected once every year, before the cooling season begins. Your heating system should be checked prior to the heating season to ensure parts are clean and ready to work hard all winter. Your roof should be inspected annually; any problem areas will be addressed while they’re small so they don’t turn into large, expensive problems in the future. Your gutters should be cleaned regularly so water can flow freely in the summer and ice dams don’t build up and damage your home during the winter. While performing maintenance, we use thermal imaging to identify current or potential problems that can’t be seen by the naked eye.
We know it can be hard to keep track of when to have each individual system checked throughout the year, which is why we offer planned maintenance programs. We will keep track of when and how often your equipment needs to be inspected or serviced so you don’t have to worry about it. We will send trained and qualified technicians who will respect your time and property to perform maintenance on your schedule.
